No! With our service, there are no commitments and you are welcome to cancel at anytime. Cancellation is easy to do inside your member dashboard.
We exclusively work with the open source version of WordPress. This does not include the commercial WordPress.COM sites, or other commercial services such as Wix or SquareSpace.
We partner with Stripe to process our credit card transactions. Stripe powers millions of businesses around the world, you can be assured they use start of the art technologies and securities to keep your credit card data safe. While it may appear you are entering credit card details on our site, all credit card information is securely handled through iframes hosted by Stripe on their own servers. No credit card data is transferred through or stored on our servers.
We safely store backups offsite in secure cloud hosting. We maintain a 90 day archive for each site that is currently enrolled.
If you decide to cancel, your backups will be deleted one week after termination.
Yes. If for some reason you need to suspend your service, but want to keep your account active, please contact us for assistance.
You are purchasing one month of service at a time. If you decide to cancel, your service will continue to the end of your current billing cycle at which time your account will be terminated. Therefore, there are no refunds issued.
